Does the price depend on the number of clients?
The limits and values displayed follow the pricing table used by the dashboard. To decide, compare the matrix above and choose the plan that contains the features you need to use.
Is there an implementation, presentation, or meeting to set up?
It is not necessary to schedule a presentation or implementation. The plans are self-service, with no setup cost, and the dashboard allows you to configure points rules, cashback, vouchers, communication, and the customer portal simply.
Are integrations included in all plans?
The resources available in each plan follow the matrix shown above, including API, referral, registration of own partners, subscriptions, and custom domain according to the contracted plan. Coupons from the Smartbis Network are available for all plans in the Control Panel.
What are registration of own partners and Smartbis Network?
Registration of own partners is the feature to register partner companies within your club, so they can offer benefits to their participants. The Smartbis Network gathers coupons from partners already available on the platform and is accessible to all plans. To activate coupons from the Smartbis Network, access the Control Panel, go to Coupons, and click on the Smartbis Network submenu.
Does White Label Resale mean reselling Smartbis plans?
No. White Label Resale means using Smartbis as infrastructure to create your own benefits or loyalty club/app, with your brand, your domain when the plan allows, your partners, your benefits, and your business model.
Do my club's partners need to contract Smartbis plans?
No. The contractor is the one who contracts Smartbis and registers partners within their own club. Partners participate in the contractor's club and do not need to purchase individual Smartbis plans.
Can I charge partners or participants in my club?
Yes, when the contracted plan includes subscriptions and monetization structure. You decide whether to charge partners, participants, or both. Online or recurring charges are processed through Stripe or Mercado Pago, with registration and connection made directly through the Smartbis Control Panel. After configuring one of these platforms, the integration is automatic.
What does personalized custom domain mean?
It means using a custom domain for your club's app/portal, such as www.yourbrand.com, when this feature is included in the contracted plan. Availability should follow the resource matrix of the chosen plan.
Which plan should I choose for a private club, partners, and charges?
